Horrendous experience with BUYTHEPRICE.COM

I wanted to buy a wall charger for my iphone n ipod….so after the recommendation from DEAL BABA section of desidime…i ordered the BELKIN DUAL SWIVEL USB CHARGER worth rs 845 from buytheprice.com
Since i had a coupon of 200 off purchase of rs 1000 i ordered one strontium 4gb class 4 memory card too!
So the final price came to rs 900 for both.
After 4 days…today i recieved the courier from them..
And to my shock
1) There isnt any memory card inside..just the charger ….while the bill accompanying the parcel says it contains both the charger n the card.
2) The charger i have received is totally different from what i ordered…they sent a cheaper version with rectangular(US) pins..which is priced at 765.

so i immediately called their so called customer support…first it says busy all the time..then i got lucky that it connected..their staff was shit n made excuses that there has been a misunderstanding etc…..and told me to email them..as query cannot be solved on phone!
now ive emailed them…

I needed the item urgently…now i have to wait even more..
Im a regular online shopper…but this is the first time im having such a problem….letsbuy and flipkart have been grt but this ws really unpleasant….so beware for the future fellow dimers…
