ICICI phone banking services down

Dimers, today I dialed ICICI customer care number but due to some election in Hyderabad, customer care officers are not working. It’s happening for all city numbers though I’m not from Hyderabad. Is it like for all customer’s care the centralized location is Hyderabad? Won’t it be bad if it affects whole India ICICI customers? Pls post your reviews.
