I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy R I9103 on february 3rd 2012.
I decided to call up their customer care(CC) after 2 days without an update.
They told they’ll ship it within 7 days and asked to wait till then.
I waited till 10th where they updated FALSE SHIPPING DETAILS WITH FALSE TRACKING ID so that i’ll keep quiet for few days.
When i checked with courier company they told they didnt received any Parcel with that tracking id.
Then i again called koovs CC, they told i’ll receive today.
After that i told about my interaction with courier company they told i’ll not receive it today and the product is out of stock.How can they quickly change their statement opposite way. They told me to mail to [email protected]…om and said i’ll receive reply within an hour. i received reply immediately from google stating the Address rejected/absent !!!!!!!!!!
How can they make such a big blunder??
What are the ways to retrieve my money and make koovs sorry for this false drama they are playing with me.
Anyone from Bangalore willing to help?
Actually the problem is that now a days there is a shortage of Samsung galaxy R.
Usually they ship the mobile phones withing 4-6 days, but there might be some delay.
Even letsbuy took 11 days to ship the phone.
Its better to wait.
Or else get back to their CS, Their CS is very friendly. I m sure they will help you out.
