I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy R I9103 on february 3rd 2012.
I decided to call up their customer care(CC) after 2 days without an update.
They told they’ll ship it within 7 days and asked to wait till then.
I waited till 10th where they updated FALSE SHIPPING DETAILS WITH FALSE TRACKING ID so that i’ll keep quiet for few days.
When i checked with courier company they told they didnt received any Parcel with that tracking id.
Then i again called koovs CC, they told i’ll receive today.
After that i told about my interaction with courier company they told i’ll not receive it today and the product is out of stock.How can they quickly change their statement opposite way. They told me to mail to samsung@koovsma…om and said i’ll receive reply within an hour. i received reply immediately from google stating the Address rejected/absent !!!!!!!!!!
How can they make such a big blunder??
What are the ways to retrieve my money and make koovs sorry for this false drama they are playing with me.
Anyone from Bangalore willing to help?

but i dont think there is any need for them to update fake shipping details and keeping my call on hold for 10 min and not returning back.
Stating deadlines etc..
They would have simply told about product availability.
I find letsbuy more transparent and genuine compared to koovs.
I had bad experience with their CC too , not going to buy from them again.
koovs reps says its shipped, but courier ppl says not received.
got 2day. wish koovs have better & informed cc n courier partner.
I got the feeling that koovs has improved significantly. With one exception, my last few orders were all shipped within 2-3 days – a far cry from a few months back when they used to take over a week to ship.
Also, in my limited interaction with koovs CS, I too felt that they are helpful. But my sample size is very small, I’ll admit.
ya. koovs seems good if they’ve product in stock(not in website, but in their warehouse). but they dont’ve good return policy

Actually the problem is that now a days there is a shortage of Samsung galaxy R.
Usually they ship the mobile phones withing 4-6 days, but there might be some delay.
Even letsbuy took 11 days to ship the phone.
Its better to wait.
Or else get back to their CS, Their CS is very friendly. I m sure they will help you out.
