Posting some screenshots of the digit october edition I bought to illustrate the different options that are there to view the magazine. The magazine once bought can be viewed on any source

Note-
Once you’ve bought a magazine, you can view it on any device (android, pc, apple) any number of times, anywhere.
You can also use your debit card to buy these magazines.
1. Web Browser (works on any pc)

Windows 8 app store app

These are always in full screen, a much better way to read the magazine, with the scroll button useful in either zooming in or turning pages

On the galaxy note (Android device)

Initially, you have to login, then it will give you an option to download the magazine you purchased

Nice share oliver! VU+Karma

Here are the links of the apps for:
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=c...
Apple: https://itunes.apple.com/in/app/magzter-magazin...

I have used the app on Ipad and the experience is pretty good, though I cannot say the same for iPhone mainly owing to the tiny real estate.

OT – How has been you experience with Win 8 thus far. I am planning an upgrade from Win 7 on a 2011 machine, slightly circumspect on driver compatibility and the learning curve to get used to the new interface. Looking fwd to your valuable inputs. https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

its been pretty good, its boots up faster, resumes from standby faster, battery life has increased a bit. The metro UI is a bit of thing to get used to . But there are tweaks that can get the start button back so that it becomes more like windows 7. But not bad, I’m not disappointed, all I can say its a new experience….more towards ‘everything is an app’ https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

From the driver perspective, everything is compatible for me atleast but mine is the latest corei7 asus. So it may be a try and test thing for you

edit-I think it should tell you beforehand if something is not compatible

Thanks for the help – the tool didn’t list any compatibility issues in my machine.
I will probably get it done the next week.
The UI looks all too biased towards touch screen users, happy to know that we can have the old-school start menu back even on the new version.

after using both apple and the note 800 tab, felt the experience on Apple was much better and smoother. The android app needs improvement

good share bro !

android application makes 2 files for every page + all images
its difficult to compress and pass on to the friends for reading.

Moreover, apple would be better for reading i/o android.
