Review on Paytm.com Shopping website experience

Hello All,
I wanted to share my experience with shopping on paytm/shop.com. I had bought 4 bedsheets from their website which was mentioned as a cotton bedsheet. However when I received the product it was of very low quality polyster and which did not feel to be that worth at all.
I requested them to return the product while going via website. now here is the pain in A.. , this website does not have any Customer care no. they spend hell lots of money in TV advertising. Can’t they not afford to have a customer care #, I am not saying toll free but atleast a paid one.
They have an email id which says Greivance@pa…om, they too are in sleeping mode.
Provided they are giving good offers but service like this hestites anyone to shop, atleast for me.
Kindly share your experience. not sure is it only to me or to everyone.

Try facebook & twitter pages. 
Not a good experience here either. They don’t bother to reply to mails or Tweets (sent 2). BTW they sent more than 3 year old product. Stay away from them.

They will become another Shopclues or Tradus if they don’t pay attention to customers’ grievances.
