shopclues : avoid at any cost

When they started service, they were very good. But recently they have deteriorated in quality.
their Sunday flea market had only duplicate, damaged or used products
don’t return any item of they don’t offer reverse pickup. They won’t agree that they have received the return even though the courier site confirms delivery

They will take a month to resolve ! Bet you read same reviews about shopping from ShopClues before purchasing but still fell into the dirty trap ! Now face the consequences ! Hope you get your money back !

twice in the last 4 months, I initiated refund because I was not satisfied..they told me to keep the product and refunded me in clue bucks..these were low priced items though (Rs 110 and 60)

For low ticket items, they don’t bother (same as ebay). But above 500, the drama starts.
I will never be satisfied with super faked Rayban sunglasses that I bought today 
I bought a Lighter gun some months ago. A gun shaped cigarette lighter. The color was different and I requested to return. It took time but got it refund as I refused to take return and mailed a well drafted email by pressing the right buttons. Just push right button like give review to review site like mouthshut, twitter. Twitter is a good weapon against any online portal as it ruins its reputation instantly.. Use twitter with hashtag.
