Snapdeal bad experience

I bought Philips GC-85 iron for my friend.

What i got from Snapdeal is GC-83 which is cheaper than GC-85. Moreover the comedy is they scratched the portions where that “3” of GC-83 appeared in the carton and other places. That was like they are trying to fool an illiterate person.

I contacted them for the return. They have sent a reply saying that we need to fill a returns form and be ready with the package for reverse pickup. I waited for 3-4 days. There was no call from Bluedart. But to SD now came up with a new mail saying that you have not updated us with the returns so we will be closing the issue. The are replying with the same message whenever i reply them saying the your promised pickup is not happened.

I dont think even those cheap ebay sellers wont do this kind of tricky acts.
