transcend 8gb pendrive—order no 12011..I BOUGHT a pen drive from this site on 20th august 2011..not shipped yet..
I ordered 2 things :-
Hugo Boss Perfume and Philips Ear-In Headsets on 25th Aug 2011 and out of which Philips headsets have been cancelled by them after calling me after 20 days when there commitment is about sending the shipment in 4-8 days and for perfume it has still not been dispatched from their end and they are giving me all excuses that it will take 1 more month to reach at my place.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLDINSIXTY, it is a fake website and never give responses on mail as well,
If you do not believe me then I can give you names of Customer Care Agents who are there and give fake information and give fake commitments. They are Sheetal and Smitha(Please do verify this if you want to by calling on 080 22299988 )

i received my last order after 20 days …just say you want to cancel..and u dont want refund in points for next purchase because they have failed on “customer satisfaction”…and instead ask them that you would send a legal notice for the same.

Similar issues with SIS when I ordered Prestige Induction Cooker 2 pcs @ 1990 each.
Delivery was in good time … but the item displayed was different to the item I got delivered.
The item delivered was of the lower model than what was displayed and was not worth the monies I paid.
33 days is what it took me to get my money back (ordered on 25 Aug and got money back today).
Very unhelpful customer service. What worked though is leaving comments on their Facebook page.
I think the people who run this business need to know our sufferings. This has to be taken to a logical conclusion. Let shut their site. I am planning to take legal action against them. I came across a good site akosha, they follow up with companies on consumer complaints and if it doesn’t get resolved, they take legal action, of course on our approval and a fee.
If more people join along, even Akosha guys would be happy to take up the case and it will be a stronger case for all of us.
Guys .. I had similar experiences placed 3 orders with them till date.. wrong item wast sent for 2 orders.. I chased them a few times called CS nothing happened …… however what worked was posting the same on Facebook…… They called me and got my issue sorted once I put it on FB…… They gave me a Rs 200 credit in the account …. for which I got a 10g silver coin for only Rs 399……
