I have ordered 3 times from them. Good experience overall. First time I ordered a pendrive and a memory card. I got pendrive on 3rd day and on 3rd day I also got an email that memory card is out of stock and they will deliver after some days but it was delivered next day only (i.e. 4th day after ordering.)

Second time I ordered a portable hard disk and a beetel landline phone. Both items delivered within 5-6 days.

Third time I ordered Nokia C5 phone. Again, delivery was made within 5-6 days.

So, for me experience was good overall.

Shipping is mostly fast.
Out of many orders , hardly few were received after 8-10 days. Mostly were
shipped under 2-3 days.
Customer service can be slow at times. And they don’t have phone call support.
But they do sort out the problems.

Site can be trusted and they are reliable.

Regarding my order,

Pros:
quick delivery

Cons:
Wrong product delivered
Very slow support team. replied to my mail after 3 days
No reverse pickup facility. Buyer has to arrange it of his own

Moreover, they are offering a gift voucher instead of refund as ordered product is OOS

In a nutshell, a pathetic and blunt after sales grievance solution

If we make advance payment via online, is it safe on tradus.in?

sad to know bhai.
how about if you insist upon a refund in bank and not GV.
wrong if they don’t accept this. Was not aware about it earlier.

Tradus is good.
Have ordered around 40 orders from them in the last 2 years,
Good service, good response,

Except it they ship through ARAMEX, it sucks, since they take more time to deliver !

tradus is good , will deliver goods and reliable (placed 2 orders earlier)….

Product gets delivered bt slow CC.

Tradus, til the time your product is available its good. if your product is OOS you have to pay the price for your bad luck,

They do not have a phone to get in touch with CC ( Hopeless) this is the first time I have ever come across such a situation in online shopping.

as mentioned emails are reverted after 3 days.

you post it on there FB, no one cares to revert..

refund takes 10 ‘working’ days.

My Exp says: better to pay extra bucks to a different site rather than lose your patience behind these guys.

after reviews i purchased a dvd player from them and get shipped with in 4 days
and good response from cc also.so from my side tradus is good and reliable.
