Worst experience with MOBIKWIK ..stay away

As expected from Mobidick.

Though I have experienced problem with them only twice (most of the promocodes were used successfully), so many frustrated dimers can’t be wrong.

In one of the cases it was successfully resolved.
I didn’t try the 2nd time to contact them due to time constraint.

Faced similar probelm. Recharged as they instructed and applied code, and it says coupon can be used only against a valid transaction. Tried multiple times, and OTP blocked.

Contacted them and they replied after 2 days, saying it is only valid against a recharge, and closed ticket. WTF. I recharged for Rs 50 and applied code. And it didn’t work.

I said, don’t close the ticket without resolving a customers problem, and explained them I did everything as they instructed and it didn’t work. Then they replied 2 days later, this offer is only for new customers and closed ticket. I did this on a new account. So invalid reason again.

But I didn’t like their short/irresponsible replies. So I just quit..

The worst thing I didn’t understand is, Why do we need to enter OTP everytime we try to apply promo coupon?

well i tried recharging my number last night…

they deducted the amt twice with 2 txn nos… recharge not done… these di**heads have debited the money from my wallet and on submitting a support ticket for return, they got back that they will look into the issue and get back in the next 48 hrs… wtf is wrong with these b*stards? (pardon my french plz.) other service providers refunds the money immediately while these bullshit gobikwik feasts upon my wallet balance? what do i do for the next 48 hrs??? wait for them to recharge my bonus pack? shit funda these idiots have…

i have shot another ticket that the needed pack has been recharged by me through other means and requested them to refund the amount, including the wrongly deducted amount to my wallet…

they are becoming hopeless day-by-day… never do i come across mobikwik txns w/o any issue… i’d advice all to stay away in order to keep sanity…

i got same msg. i just created support ticket and got 50 rs in 2 hrs. till now mobiqwick is best for mi

i am a mobikwik customer. i filed 3 complains. the 1st one was that i wanted to recharge my postpaid number. i tried to recharge it for 1st time , i got a msg from their their app system error, again i tried the same thing happened and 3rd also the same thing happened. then after 1min i got 3 messages from their side,transaction succeeded . i wanted to pay for 1156 but instead of that 3468 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet. i emailed them but they doesn’t have courtesy to reply me. then again today, i want to buy a ticket from bookmyshow. i tried to pay by mobikwik wallet and the same thing happened money got deducted and ticket didn’t got booked. one of the worst experience from mobikwik.my email is-tokyodrift750@gma…om. now i have one last option left to file a complain in consumer court.

I had applied promo code ICICI50 but didn’t work complained to them was surprised to see that they made my balance 0 from 205 .so worse company.

For my last two transactions using Mobikwik wallat ( one on Dominos and other one on bookmyshow) for both I got SMS saying cashback credited but when I see in my account there is no credit. Support is very irresponsible and frustrating. I even tried contacting them on Twitter and they said our support team will contact your shortly. Its now been 3 days and no reply yet.
