gone are the days.. they were having best customer care but these days after there tv ads they have poor CC dept..

a big threat to yebhi.. they can lose their old customers..

Now they are just focusing on quantity of orders..

If they don’t stop sending you SMS even after requests, then just lodge a DND complaint with your operator and take and make sure you take a complaint number. They have to take action in a specific time-frame. Demand to know what action has been taken. Thats assuming you have already registered in the DND registry.

they have stopped sending sms to me but spamming nowdays with lots of emails using
some other stupid email address like noreply@yeb…et , etc

Surprisingly, I suddenly stopped getting their sms-es and even emails – nowadays I get them once a fortnight. This happened without any action on my part. Maybe they don’t like me any more .

I am happy, of course.

If you are using gmail, you can setup a filter with word yebhi etc to send it to trash, same should be possible with yahoo, haven’t played with it..

In fact they are the rare breed of sellers who have turned shameless after receiving an Angel funding of $40 million.

Generally they up their services after receiving angel funding, but Yebhi is demented to the core I guess.

I have been buying from them for more than 18 months.
Recently I purchased a bajaj food processor. Believe me the juicer attachment was broken and pasted with some adhesive.

I complained to them on 27 November, spoke to their cc and contacted them through FB.
Till date no response

Their cc will soon be competing with bigadda.

I made a strong complain to gmail about there spamming. They are using
different email ids ending with ybhee , yebhis , etc. Wonder if they use shityebhi
and shamelessyebhi next

There are many ways to avoid email spams from yebhi ..some easy option are ..mark it as spam , or even better ..create rule such that all yebhi emails are directly deleted..

For me SMS are not completely stopped…it stopped for sometime .but since recently they have again started sms spamming …raised multiple complaints with TRAI/Airtel .but no solution yet…So finally now I have used sms filter application to block all sms from yebhi ..:-} ..So all is good for me now ..

Yeah…you can redirect all tgose yebhi mails to an another folder(should be created by you) in gmail.
I already created “waste mails” folder…
