Hi All,
Two weeks backs, i purchased a ZYNC Z930 tablet.
1)Zync is cheating customers, in their spect. they are saying Battery of 3600mAh
but actual battery is of 3200mAh..
2) Battery life on WiFi at medium brightness is nearly 1 hour.
3) when tablet is switched OFF and u put on charging, it’s switch ON automatically.
4) S/w hangs a lot of time
5) Very high cost for repair under warranty( broken LCD with touch =3200rs, back panel =500, total repair cost on dropped tablet=3700)
New Z930 is available at 3600 at homeshop18,indiatimes,shopclues.. other online seller after some kind of discount
6) Back cover is cheap slippery plastic..
7) front & back both have finger print magnet..just hold once in your hands.. lots of ur finger print on that.
8) Camera quality is very bad & bad placement.
9) Unknown CPU so can’t get online help
10) Non Professional Customer care.
That is worst tablet, I have used.
I child dropped just above 1 feet, LCD broken, but touch is working… Charging 2000rs.. it’s dropped just above 1 feet
2-3 back panel locks also bended, for that asking 500rs..which can be fixed using a 5rs Qfix… But they are forcing me to for panel change also
I have give 2500rs for a 2 weeks old tablet.. which I got at 3700rs.
When my broken panel came out I found they are cheating for battery spect.. they are saying3600mAh but actual is 3200mAh

Hey, I am buying Zync 7" Tablet-Z930 from Snapdeal for Rs. 3799. I have doubts on both: Zync and Snapdeal. But this is the cheap and best deal in the market now. Any suggestions.
Very fishy back.. very slippery in hand.. and repair cost is very-2 high..
And battery life with WiFi is <1 Hour.
Saying 3600mAh battery.. but inside is 3200mAh(in mine othe may have even lower).. if you open to check.. warranty void..
bugs in s/w..
Procesoor not known.. so not easy to get help from Internet forum..

I am using Zync Z909 plus since 6 months wihtout any problems, its battery is 3000mAh but I get more than 3 hours of gaming etc… with Brightness of screen decreased to 30% & I’m using NQ Android booster u also try that one.
Zync servicing is good, I got a defective tablet, I sent to them & they repaired it & sent me back, free courier & since then no problems.
You yourself saying “I got a defective tablet”;-} 
just save 200-500rs any be busy waiting for returned tablet..

Yes, it was last stock item & its not Zync fault, no need to pay for courier, they will arrange, but I was made to wait for 1 month for its return.
Anyway we are getting at a cheaper price, so need to take this little risks.
I want to buy bigger screen tablets like Z1000 later, so now taking this cheap one.

relax buddy, waiting 1 month didn’t change my fortunes.
Now I will not have that problem as I having a backup tablet

Agreed.. Pathetic tablet. I have sent it back for the second time for a nonfunctional microphone and they shipped it back to me without replacement. They had agreed for a replacement.
