If you dont want to regret your decision then Plz dont buy from Shopclues
I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Shopclues has sold a faulty Microwave Return ID 1990956 Order 65324029 and expect me to repair it from LG. Why should I do a repair of a new product and LG will not give a replacement as this is a online purchase. This product was brought on 15 August 15 and delivered on 29 August 15. I have filed a return request on 9th of Sept as LG people took time to come for the demo. The request which I had opened was closed stating to get it sorted with LG. Now I dont want the product and have asked for refund. Now Shopclues has tested my patience as they are telling me they are waiting a reply from the merchant. I as a customer don’t care what shopclues and the merchant do behind the scenes I want my refund as this was brought from Shopclues. and Its sad to know the quality of the product is not checked before the product is shipped. These b rds have not given me a replacement in spite of wasting so much of my time with them. Never buy from these b rds as they sell faulty and refurbished products means they would assemble the same model with some company and sell at a cheaper rate. They are frauds People if you think buying from Shopclues you would get a cheaper deal you are wrong as they will many you pay for every penny you saved. DOnt call their call center number as their charges are high and they will keep you on hold for hours such b rds crooks they are. They will rot in hell Motherf ers

I brought less than 300rs items from shopclues till now and every time I. Lodge a complaint against refund most of the times I got the refund with the item with me only 😆😃 sometimes the item is taken from shopclues refund is pakka but u should be patient and one point u should tell them that u were a regular customer of shopclues and this will the last purchase if they don’t refund me my amount this thing is very important to say..
You should have consulted DD before buying. Shopclues is known as chorclues on DD. How can you buy an owen from them, at most few dumb items not costing more than few hundreds. Its not at all worth for items costing more than Rs1000. In fact do online shopping only on popular sites like FK, Amazon,..for big purchases. There are -ve reviews about them then u have hope also.
