First thing is ebay is an worst website. worst return policies. .and cancellation policies. Worst Customer Care
Ebay.in wants to suck seller money and as well as buyer money.What ever the possibility. Even if its a 1 Rupee also.
Actually I have contacted ebay to cancel an order with in 1 hour of order placed time. Ebay told me they dont want to cancel the order .And there is no button or policy to cancel the order; once order placed.
Ebay told me Only seller can cancel the order. I have contacted seller to cancel the order . he told me he will cancel the order( And he menstioned ebay will charge fine if he cancel the order). That is why seller shipped the item.
Because he dont want to pay fine to ebay.He shipped item.
Ebay dont want to cancel the order. because ebay need money from seller’s pocket. if he cancel the order.
finally seller cheated me and ebay cheated me. Ebay.in and seller both lost faith.
I will share my experience as much as possible in all websites.And I will save people to stop get cheated by ebay,in.

experienced the same problem with eBay. worst policy. but luckily I placed order from a nice seller and they cancelled my order
Experience with me is extremely good as after purchasing a product i usually call them and ask them i want to return so they raised my complaint and says that we will call you after a day. On next day i got call from ebay that there is no need to return the product as we are providing you 110% of original value in the form of coupon. As said they provide me. I have returned three times continuously and every time i got ebay discount coupon. So mine experience is so good.
