Placed an order for a men’s Timex Watch from Watchkart on 01 Nov 2013. The payment showed as success but was not charged to the card. On receiving a call – made immediate payment from Netbanking, which was deducted immediately. However, the order status was “Pending” even after this. Informed Customer Support and provided them the screenshot of the payment from the account. They updated the payment as successful on 02 Nov 2013. However, after that as well – They shipped the product only on 06 December 2013. I received the order on 10 Dec 2013. On emailing them for which the response is never prompt – They only apologize. On calling them – They give you the number of the courier company to directly check with them.
So that means – once the product is out of the bag and that the payment is rec’d their responsibility gets over. The customer has to then beat around the bush for checking the status with the courier guys. However, when the payment was not updated – that’s when they really feel the need to call you how many ever times its needed.
isn’t that just wow? Never would go for this again. All on time and seamless. Stay away from Watchkart.
