Worst business online

I Bilal Ahmad Ganie bought a pair of shoes from Bestylish.com with Order # 100038805, Order Date: 30 September 2011 & received the same on 7th october,2011 & the size i ordered was indian size 8 but i received a size#6, for which i requested a return on the next day on 8th october & it has been almost a month & i am waiting for them to come for the return. I called the customer service & they said you will have to send it your-self for which i have to pay.
One more thing, the price of the product was Rs.525 & i paid Rs.625 as i ordered by COD & according to their free shipping, that is a lie, i paid to india-post the sum for the delivery about Rs.38.
This is the worst online business, which should be wrapped-up very soon & i am going to sue them for their lies & delayed responses. I had almost called them 8 times for the return pick-up which almost costed me Rs.50.
The next thing i am going to do is that i am going to lodge a case in consumer forum against BESTYLISH.COM.
