Worst service experiences .. Please avoid at any cost!!!

One of the worst service experiences . Please avoid at any cost! Foodpanda website claims to provide food from restaurants which later cancel the order after providing an ETA of 60 mins. I had to painfully go through the ordering for 30 mins for pizza from Papa Johns from Foodpanda website. Foodpanda made me pay that went through successfully. After 15 mins they cancelled the order stating the restaurant does not provide the delivery in your area. I asked the service representative why was the option and deals for the restaurant provided for my location in the first place on the foodpanda website. For this the excuse given was that the online website takes a lot of time to reflect the updated information from various restaurants. Also the money he said will take 10 business days to be refunded!!! I just got few sorry in return with no empathy. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend foodpanda to anyone personally .
