I bought a jeans during their online/offline promotion on 23rd Jan,2011. Today it is 4th February,2012(15 days since order) and I haven’t yet received my order. I have called their customer care and emailed their support several times but for no good. They just say that they will get back within 24 hours but never call you back..
Finally today I have decided to cancel the order..and now they are saying that cancellation itself will take two more days and the refund would take another 15 days or more…So overall they locked my money for 1 month ..and on top of that I had to suffer so much..
This has been my worst shopping experience so far.. I strongly recommend everyone to not shop with “Shopperstop” ..or else be ready to suffer like me…
