I order a phone on flipkart along with an exchange for old phone. The delivery guy inspected my old phone which i am using. first he removed the flip cover when i asked him why? he replied thats company policy then he broke my temper glass. while removing the temper glass he also damaged my existing phone display. he inspected my phone as if he is a mobile mechanic. Nokia 5.1 Plus - Purchased December 11, 2018. Realme 3 Pro - Purchased August 2, 2019 I am completely Dissatisfied with Flipkart product and treating of customer - This is not happening for the first time. A product (Nokia 5.1 Plus) which I bought 8 months back was defective. With too much unnecessary argument flipkart executive made for replacement of defective phone. No ontime Delivary and no proper update from customer service and i need to wait min 6 days to get update from concern team to tell about why it is not delivering and I have to keep my money with flipkart for 10 days and to refund again 1 week more time. Flipkart sucks my money and no value is given to customers I recommend please don't buy products from flipkart and don't waste you time and money. Flipkart has worst policy in returning item for show piece product. I have ordered show piece and received cloth. And when i am trying to return my return is cancelled. worst e-commerce company. ordered laptop from flipkart, they accecpted the order, but just the day before delivery, they cancelled my order stating that seller does not have stock, but i can see on the flipkart app that the same seller was selling the same laptop which i ordered. when you call customer care, they will show that how helpless they are and they will just say sorry all the time. they don't even know about their sellers. worst customer experience. view more
