<p>Hi Mam</p> <p>I ordered the product from mytra on 24 June 2023 which should be delivered by 26 June 2023. When I reached out to the team they have an open ticket and said it will be done by 30 June 2023 but still I didn't get the order again they mention I need to wait for more than 48 hours. I don't understand if the team is sleeping and when I contact the delivery person of Shadowbox he said he sent b0ack the product to the hub. Myntra showed the product as delivered and I still didn't get the product. I talked with customer care and they didn't respond to our complaint and said we are telling lie. This is the delivery person who took the product and marked as delivered. Our money gone. Not trustable app

Had extremly bad delivery and costumer service.

I places an order on myntra but it never got delivered but it showed as delivered in app.

I raised a concern regarding it then myntra said that we had a window of 5 days to raise the concern so now we cannot help you.

firstly they did not mentioned this policy anywhere and secondly this is not my concern if myntra’s delivery agents are not doing their work properly.

Myntra is a very pathetic they have bunch of cheaters nd fraud . I ordered 9 suits from Myntra and they cancelled my all the orders without any information & reason and saying to me for new orders. Will never place any order from Myntra. worst experience ever

Myntra website is very deceiving. For example if u search for men's underwear the browser shows different websites with different prices. Myntra was showing price of rs.222 discounted from rs. 555 mrp. This is just a gimmick for you to click on that and to visit Myntra website. Actually the price offered once clicked is different 335 discounted from 555. Not trust worthy.
