Worst e-commerce site ever!!

Snapdeal..please shut up your site. I don’t think you guys can handle e-commerce.In today’s era where e-commerce has become such an integral part of commerce and trading you guys are not even able to deliver a product within your estimated delivery time (which is already 6-8 days,even for a city like Bangalore )leave apart the quality.First of all i was told to confirm my order placement by giving a missed cal at a number(I mean for god sake!!Confirm my order placement?I obviously want that product thats y i hv ordered) which i cud do after trying that number for atleast 5-6 times.And even after that I got a confirmation message around 6-7 hours after I had called in which it was mentioned my product wud be dispatched in 3 days and after 5 days from that i wud recieve the product(I mean..come on!..i think u guys shud take some tips from myntra /flipkart). And even after all this drama I didn’t get my product even after “7” days of placing my order.
