Please be aware before buying MI product from Ebay

Recently I brought 2 Nos. MI Band 2 from Ebay india and it was under manufacturer warranty for 6 months. Since it was manufacturer refurbished i got it for 1199 Rs. per band.
Mi Band 2 can be paired with one mi account only (phone application), since i got the refurbished product somebody used it before and paired it to their account so wen it came to my hand i wasn’t able to use it as a smartband. So i contacted the seller he didn’t picked my call and he blocked me on watsapp.
So desperately i called ebay and they said they need a letter from MI to raise the claim, so i went to MI service center and asked for it they denied mt service because i brought it from ebay and ebay is not their selling partner and standing there itself i called MI customer support and they told me the same so i asked for a mail conforming this. They send me the conformation mail and with that i raised an ebay claim and that day evening i got the reply from ebay that the issue has been resolved and the response was the product comes under manufacturer warranty.
Till the day ’m calling ebay for this matter and explaning the smae story again and again because every time when i calls some new person pics the calls and i had to explain the whole story

Seller name that i brought my product is " amazinggadgetsclub " .. He is having good rating but don’t get fooled because of that. I brought my product because of seeing this rating but my experience is that i shared above.
if u are using android phone clear the data of bluetooth service in system app and try to connect.once it paired use it till next firmware update comes,it will reset the mi band,then you are good to go.
mi band can be paired with any number of mi account.
I have 3 Mi Band 2 with me now (one i brought from amazon after this incident, other two not working).. Mi band 2 can be associated with one MI account only.
Miband 1st generation can be paired but i don’t know about that. But here ’m talking about Mi Band 2.

Please refer this official forum forum link if you have any doubts and i know that it cant be associated with more than MI account.
’m Using IPhone 4s and ’m aware of all the 3rd party apps and the tricks that is available in the internet because for the last 2 weeks ’m behind this matter.
(on android,i did that all and it can be paired with 3rd party apps but here ’m talking about MIFIT app)
The reason for this is the device is having a Bluetooth MAC address when you are pairing the device (MI-Band2) with the help of MI-FIT app (without internet they wont allow you to pair the device with the app) the device MAC address will be registered in MI server with your MI Account so if suppose somebody is stealing that device cant used it any where with the official MI-FIT app because that device is registered with your MI account.
You have to unpair the device from your MI Account for somebody else to use that device with MIFIT account. Or they have to seal you MI account username and password !!
That’s the only way to use the device.
i know all this, Thanks for educating me ,but dont dig too deep,there are many simple ways to solve the problem 
i personally own a mi band 2 
previously i paired my mi band 2 with different account,then i paired with my primary mi account which is associated with my primary gmail account.
Please do have a mercy on explaining that simple way to connect MI Band 2 to official MIFit app on IOS . And alot of appreciation on the way from the MI security team

This wasn’t my first purchase from ebay but this was the last.
Guys ask question if you need to clear any doubts, i ll appreciate that.
Escalated the issue with E-bay Grievance department and still the issue is not closed.
The seller “amazinggadgetsclub” removed my feedback from his page. I mentioned the sellers fraud activity on MI products in that feedback for my friends to warn about him but he removed it.
Now recently he added a comment to his product page saying “Please note the Mi Band 2 has been checked and unpaired before shipping. Incase you get a error message for paring issue. We will not be accepting any returns or entertain any refund request. please buy only if you agree to this, Else do not buy. With respects and regards Team Gadgets Club”

After my complaint he made this comment on the product page.
Got Reply from E-bay Grievance department. They arranged a reverse pick up for my product on last Tuesday (21/02/2017) and its way back to seller. After reaching the seller eBay guaranteed me for a full refund.This all happened because for the last 2 weeks i was trying to convince the eBay about the fraud activity of the seller.
The seller replied to me with a Amazon invoice (don’t know whose invoice is that)
Waiting for it & i’ll update here the same.

After a long fight with eBay they finally agreed for a refund and told me to wait for 4 working days starting Monday (Today)
Finally i got the refund and the money was credited back to the freecharge wallet and now ’m struggling to withdraw that amount to my bank account ….And so disapponted of their pathetic customer service by freecharge…. their online form for registering complaint is not working and their customer care number is chargeable
