i have loaded for rupees 1111….on 17th but still no cashback received

Got my cash back few minutes back. Money was added on 16th and 17th. Had to open a ticket to get the cash back though.

Transferred the non-cashback amount to bank account, was credited immediately through IMPS.

How did you add the money before 7pm on 16th? the offer was posted here around 10pm and if you added it after 7pm, then you should be able to transfer it to your bank before that time on 23rd.

added 3333/- on Nov 17 2015, 1:22:43 PM, got reply from Abhishek that I’m ineligible for this offer

Freecharge kept the promise. They added 333 to my account on 25th 8 days after I did loaded 3333 to freecharge. Will try to transfer back 3333 to my bank account.

They keep asking for the transaction details and say that they can’t trace my order. What non sense is this?
