@A2Zdeals @avgn seems they have changed the cash back to just 10% not the flat 100 Rs.
just now paid the 470 rs bill and got just 47 rs back instead of 100.

Damn, why these electricity offers come only after I have paid the bills, Last 3-4 months I am seeing this trend…I wait and wait and wait for some offer to come up till the last 2 days of Bill payment date and just pay them without any offer…And bamm….the offer comes up next day….
