Loot --- 100% cashback sale Paytm -- 10am, 1pm and 6pm (22nd April)

Davidson sunglasses received today from PAYTM. It is duplicate and looks like roadside cheap ones. Brandname not mensioned anywhere. Not even on box.:-{

Not bad. But remember… The courier guys are having a tough time, especially in this summer. So, it’s better not to burden them more.
Repacking should not be an issue. Just use the same bag and seal it with a packaging tape. It’s just a matter of 5 minutes.

The courier guy can take the complaints with paytm. I told paytm already that I wont be spending another minute of my time since they were at fault. And I’m glad I didnt help them coz I still have 8000+ rs stuck in paytm as I bought a cycle worth rs 4000 (after 50% cb, so paid 8000) only to find out the cashback will be credited next month. And then it turns out they sent the wrong Model. So the cycle along with the accessories I bought for well over 10000 rs total had to be returned now as they refused to exchange and offered return only. And the bike is yet to be picked up. Paytm still has my 8000+ rs which I have no idea when or even if I’ll ever see again. That incident is the reason I didnt even bother getting anything in this 100% cb sale. Cant deal with idiots. My peace of mind is more important than the savings and loot.

Its not courier guys fault that you dint get your product or your money.
Just calm down and believe me Paytm is the best. I’ve ordered more than 50 products from Paytm and everything went well.
Paytm support is good too. They refund in few days and pick up process is also good.
I’m sure you’ll be satisfied soon.

You have every right to be angry with paytm. But channeling it towards the courier guy and expecting him to escalate the issue till paytm sounds a little naive. He would have just gone to his office, packed the item and dispatched it.

Not exactly sure where I gave any indication of even the slightest assumption that not packing the item will get my issue escalated with paytm…..

Neither do I have a clue how not packing the item hurts the courier guy. I was the one who gave him a reason for not packing out of courtesy. He didnt even look bothered about the lack of packaging. Just threw it in his bag gave me the slip and was off in less than 5 minutes.

And @gameruler, I am calm. Not exactly sure how my earlier posts jere seemed full of anger to u somehow. If I was actually angry, I’d have created dozens of paytm accounts and looted them. Those are the actions of the angry and insane person. Not turning away free money. Got nothing to do with paytm. Their stuff their mistake and their responsibility. The more they delay the more the chances of the cycle getting damaged. I’ve got enough proofs to go to consumer court if needed. So believe me when I tell you, theres no anger here.

If the return is my fault , I’ll pack it. I’ll even apologize for my mistake. Neither will I complain if there’s a restocking fee.

But if its the sellers fault, they cant expect anything from me especially considering they made me wait only to deliver the wrong product and blocked my money until I get refunded as well. I’m not bending over unless its my fault. As simple as that.

If I understand you correctly, you are looking/hoping for compensation on returning the sunglasses you got for free from paytm.
I dont think you are going to get any compensation for this.

Hi All. Doesn’t PayTM “replace” the product instead of processing a “refund”? I received the sunglasses with one lens broken…have requested them to replace it. Will that work?
