150 rs cashback coupon has nothing to do with product.
Applicable only for any fresh order.
Check only bank debit credit card is supported for each fresh product in cart which you have added.
And make sure it's above that limit which is 2500

I got 300 discount for ICICI credit card

Even after 550cb +300discount this deal is still just a average deal.

I have placed order yesterday around 11:55 pm but payment failed. Offer was applied and was showing 300 cashback. If I revise payment now will I get cashback?

Try placing this order but on the checkout page it should show 150rs cb else there's no point in placing it.

Probably yes, make payment nd then call cc to confirm cb is showing or not. If u don't get cb after order shipping then cancel it
