2) Simply login with the number that is registered with your 1 mg account, though it asks for your email id in the airtel app, still the membership get activated on the number registered with the airtel thanks app.

I purchased and I got message from 1mg as well. But in app, when I add meds to cart its still asking me to purchase 1mg care plan to save more. I’m confused ow whether it’s really activated or not 
Bro. Go back into the purchases section in your airtel app. There it will ask you to enter email or phone to activate it… Unless you do that, it won’t be activated…I had the same problem

1MG Customer Support is epic.
They accepted my request to change mobile number next day I see the mobile number has been linked to someone else’s account.
Now I even have access to that person’s account payment details address open orders and everything however 1MG support is clueless saying we can’t link your number as it is linked to another account in saying 10 times the other account isn’t mine however they are acting dumb.
This is their security

Check in 1 mg app. If still shows no membership, wait for 1-2 hour , if still the case is same, raise to customer care.

I checked my Airtel Thanks rewards, 1mg offer showing expired in Aug 20. I might have got it when I am Gold member, now it’s Silver plan I have

Steps are written bro, just go to airtel thanks app and find digital store, there u will find 1mg ,just pay 50₹ and it will asl for the email and boom, ur membership got activated, u can check/verify at 1mg app.
Note – the phome number on airtel thanks app and at 1mg must be same.
