Can anyone has explain this how it will be 24cr gold if rose gold has 25% copper, is this will be counted as resell value if we sell in Market..
Rose gold is an alloy made from a combination of pure gold and copper. The blend of the two metals changes the color of the final product and its karat. For example, the most common alloy of rose gold is 75 percent pure gold to 25 percent copper, which makes 18k rose gold. Changing the percentage of one metal in the alloy will change the karat.

It's a naming confusion. The Malabar coin is not made of rose gold. It's a pure gold coin with the pattern of a rose flower on one side. 
It's an alternative to the coins that usually have religious imagery (gods, om, cross, crescent etc). Used for gifting on valentine's day etc.

Can anyone tell me from experience if it's a good idea to buy gold coins for investment? If I buy this, what price am I likely to sell it (say if I sell it when the market price is the same)?
I was reading online that there will be loss in testing charge, service charge, lower sell price than market buy price. Considering all of that, is it better to just buy a gold bond?

It is good to buy for long term investment (after SGB) or for personal use. It won't make any sense to buy for quick flip as at this discount (assuming the price remains constant by the time it is delivered) you can get ~200 to ~300 per gram. The question is whether you really want to go through the hassle of going to the store and sell it for this meagre profit

Sgb will give you interest
2-2.5% which is taxable on tax slab, so not much difference. Also, sgb is tax free if you hold till maturity. Physical gold you can sell when you need money 😄
Govt arranged SGB so, these transactions become trackable and they make money from it and not for you to earn money from it
