Offer Details -
RuPay Cardholders who will make payment by tapping their card to make a payment will get additional 30% discount at Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Reliance Smart Point and Sahakari Bhandar on a single minimum purchase of Rs.1500/-
Maximum discount of Rs.1500/- per transaction per RuPay Contactless Card
Minimum transaction value to be eligible for the discount is Rs.1500
Discount to be given on only one RuPay Contactless or Tap transactions. No discount will be given on dip or swipe transactions.
Maximum 1 RuPay Contactless transaction per card is eligible for this additional discount during the offer period.
Offer Period: 15th April – 9th May 2021 (Both days inclusive).
Terms & Conditions:
In order to avail the discount, the total payment needs to be made using a valid and unexpired RuPay Debit/Credit/Pre paid card through Contactless or Tap mode.
No discount will be applicable on card dip or swipe transactions made on RuPay cards at the merchant stores.
Offer discount will be processed by Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Reliance Smart Point, and Sahakari Bhandar at the billing counter at the time of purchase and will reflect on the bill.
The discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other bank offer at the stores.
Offer is applicable on retail sales only.
Offer is subject to availability of products at the sole discretion of Reliance Retail Limited.
The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Reliance Retail Limited & National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
Reliance Retail & NPCI retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period without prior notice.
All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised within 3 days from invoice date. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
The decision of Reliance Retail & NPCI will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
Reliance Retail and NPCI reserve the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
NPCI will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay,traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment,software, or website.

NPCI only offers discount on purchase of goods and services of the Merchant by using Rupay Debit/Credit/Pre Paid and NPCI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the Merchant.
Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer with the Merchant directly without any reference to NPCI. Additional discount offered by the NPCI is solely for promoting usage of RuPay Debit/Credit/Pre Paid card.
NPCI shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim th at may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.
NPCI reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder and NPCI will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes,duties, levies or other statutory dues.
The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
NPCI shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful Cardholders about the discount under the offer.

Update - Pay through Pinelabs POS machine and before use told them you want to use 30% off Reliance – RuPay contactless offer (Dhanipay RuPay physical Contactless card also working smoothly, loaded 3500 in Dhanipay wallet and pay 5000 amount bill).

if you heard this 3 sec music, it means your RuPay Contactless Retail transaction is successfull (not sure, i found this info on RuPay Brand Guidelines) – 
ohk, i think you maybe right “it needs the amount on the bill to be in the card, and then validate the discount”.
Kochi metro, BMTC, Noida Metro, Nagpur Metro, Namma Chennai Smart Card, NMMT, Ahmedabad Smart City, Surat Smart City, Raipur Smart City, Bhubaneswar Smart City etc also issue “RuPay Contactless prepaid card”. If you guys have anyone of this cards then try it. 
Credit cards – IRCTC SBI RuPay Credit card and newly issue UNION Bank RuPay Credit cards are “RuPay Contactless credit cards”.

By Dhani card, are people talking about the lifetime free cashback card? Is the offer working with Dhani lifetime free cashback card?
Done transaction using dhani pay but didn’t got any discount also the Wallet Balance was higher than transaction value mode of payment was tap and pay only and got succeeded in one shot then too what to do next any suggestions ? Thank god i tried for lesser amount bought only necessary items no excess

Today I went to Reliance Smart, loaded dhani card with 4990rs, bill was 5085rs. I have asked to use pinelab and enter 5000rs. Transaction done smoothly and only 3500rs deducted. Additionally 5% dhani regular cashback..So its working…Vu n kg (oops cant give karma right now..)
Whole store staff, including store manager was not aware of this offer and I told them (before purchasing) if on pinelab machine card does not work (as balance was 4990 instead of 5000), then I will leave cart as it is without purchasing and they agree.

offline contactless transaction use only for Transit and retail payment upto Rs200 (max limit).
Reliance 30% Discount offer valid on online contactless transaction, just enabled your card for NFC transaction and use. Money debited from your bank account upto Rs5000 (max limit).
Just waste of time. Went to store. Requested them to first try the card. But they said first add to cart and then only you come. Added cart but ultimately the offer did not work. Dumped the cart. Cashier gave a annoying look.
Reaction should be wise versa as offer was given by them in collaboration with rupay
You should have given angry looks to them as we go when their is offer .
1. Reliance smart in gurgaon have only innovati pos and no pine labs 
2. Denied for advanced billing
3. Also store manager will come at 12 pm so didnt tried to purchase gift card.
Reliance Smart at sector 83, Gurgaon, I have already tried 3 times and working fine on pinelab. even today I am going for other 2 family members dhani cards..
I visited Reliance Smart store today in the morning and had to wait in a long queue just to get inside. The manager & the cashier said they don’t have tap and pay facility on their POS terminals. It seemed that they did not know anything about anything. In hindsight, maybe I should have attempted a tap and pay low value transaction (100 or less) with my VISA contactless card just to check if contactless option is available at all on their POS terminals. Btw the POS terminals had Innoviti label on the side. I ended up paying via mobikwik just coz I had to get some essential groceries anyway.
I finally used dhani card at Reliance today.In my city there is no Pinelabs POS in reliance and Innovati POS is not working with Dhani contactless.So i lodge a complaint in Reliance Retail after 2 days this ticket go to CSD desk at Reliance store and they contact me and i explained all the query to him.They told me that there is only One Pinelabs POS which is not working.so I go to meet the Technical head of store but he didn’t give me satisfactory answer.so i meet with Store manager .He listen my query and ask CSD desk to mail Pinelabs company to check this damage POS.After 3 days mean today i received a call from CSD desk they told me that Pinelabs Engineer at store please come to Branch and use your card.I go there and Pinelabs POS working fine with Dhani.This take approx 9 days to resolve .I hoped this will help many Dimers to activate Pinelabs POS in there area

I tap and pay regularly using contactless cards at a smaller local Dmart stores near me so I think it is a shame that not all Reliance stores have tap/NFC enabled POS terminals. I have SBI Rupay Contactless card. I think I will try at another Reliance store.

@abhishek012 as I see in deal wiki, pay via pinelabs POS. I rarely visit reliance store as everything available via jiomart, so dont know whether they have specific machine. So if they have any other POS machine, this offer won’t work?
