i got in few but where we can use paypal accounts , i want to buy Amazon Gv….i did not get 300rs in Zingoy and Komparify linked paypal accounts

1 have 20 account not received even a one

As per my logic goes
The 300rs is coming to only those accounts which still have their debit card linked which havent removed the debit card yet
Only as per my thinking because i got it in only that account rest all nothing
