in ali express they never ask for pin, i have transacted many times and not once they asked for pin, in fact many international payment gateways doesn’t take you to verifiedByVisa or master card equivalent pin check page

There will be no duty but if you are unlucky and have to pay then you might have to pay based on the real value. Customs will be checking online price and levying duty correspondingly.

I have purchased 50+ times and only time I had to pay was for a watch, so 90% chance, you wont have to pay any duty.

DON’T BUY FROM THAT SITE SPECIFICALLY STORAGE ITEMS

they have good deals but the only problem is u will receive ur order after 40 to 60 days, and sometimes parcel may stuck in customs.
