Don;t Deal With This aliexpress A## Ho#s, They will freeze your account after your order, then they won;t take any responsibility of your money if package is not arrived.
I had account from which i have ordered 100+ orders, don;t know why they blocked, asked thorough CC, Didn’t Given me any specific reason to block that reputed account. they also block my CC contact. In Last 10 Orders i Lost 6 packages worth 600INR, And They are not taking any responsibility for that. So beware from AliExpress.
I have never ordered from Ali Express but while ordering it’s showing that your order is closed or frozen.

1. Aliexpress is always genuine. There is no partiality between old and new customer like paytm, amazon, flipkart etc. On first signup you will get $4 Off on $5. Afterthat if you buy regularly cheap items for $1 to $2 also you will get bonus points( in flipkart you will get 1coin for 250rs purchase where as in Aliexpress you will get 5 points for $2 purchase).Also you will get points for daily visit. You can easily got promoted from silver member to gold member and you will get more benefit.I am a old user(silver member) and i am getting $4 Off on $5 coupon 3-4 times per year.

3. Don’t create multiple account. Always use one account/address/mobile/debit card/ device(PC Or Mobile). If you signed up on mobile app, don’t use that id in laptop or pc and vice versa. If you did this your order will be freezed and you will never able to use Aliexpress coupon. But you can use other coupons like seller coupon, Aliexpress select coupon etc.
4. Aliexpress payment system is unsafe. During payment otp will not come. So use dedicated debit card and keep less amount in that account.
5. Use mobile app for more benefits.
6. Better to use registered shipping with tracking facility. You will surely get your item. Non reg shipping have no tracking facility and may lost during facility(mostly you will get). But you can claim your amount before order closure(max 60days.)
7.If you are honest Aliexpress is always honest to you.
Most of the points are true and agreed but few things I like to clear for all new users.
1) There is no particular reason for order close/frozen issue . However, many times its associated with having multiple A/C, Same IP address , Same Mobile used , Mutliple account login & logout from same mobile app, Address and use of other family members CC/DC.
2) Though, we don’t get otp but this doesn’t mean its unsafe. Their system/employee checks every CC/DC with the details of the AE account.
If you made account in your name and using your father’s credit card then your order will be closed after 2 hrs. So its very necessary to make account name word by word as mentioned in credit card and never use any others cc.
3) Its always better to verify your cc/dc in first purchase without using coupon.
You can buy under $1 product just to get your payment method verified to avoid issues in buying costly product later.
4) If your first order without coupon gets confirmed & shipped then in future if you use same CC , then orders gets confirmed within a minute otherwise there is always a chance of order getting closed for other reasons. You can use coupon in second order as coupon is valid for 7-10 days in account but still not sure that order will not get close for other reasons.
5)Always use registered Courier like china post , 4px and singapore post, Aliexpress standard shipping. Don’t go with Yanwen and other free couriers as they will never deliver to you. Better to pay $1-$3 shipping if seller is not offering free courier, don’t be greedy for free shipping and fall in trap of unregistered posts.
6) AE refund replacement system (aka Dispute system) is not easy. You have to prove that product is not delivered to you or received defective /damaged . If seller proves that its delivered or got damaged due to user’s misuse, then no refund will be given . If order held by customs , then also no refund will be given .
7)AE customer care is totally useless , better not to waste time in chatting with them.
They are sitting idle and always try to timepass with you by stretching you simple enquiry / issues to half an hour to even 1 hr and still no resolution will come out.
They have zero authority to do anything, so don’t expect similar support like Amazon on AE. You can take suggestions regarding rules & regulations related to order placing or dispute, beyond that they cannot do anything. They will engage you asking details like screenshots but they will do nothing.
8)Always contact seller first if you faced any issue and choose dispute system as last option. There is no second chance in dispute , so don’t waste it on useless issues just to get refund.
Don’t raise dispute per-maturely, if delivery is delayed. By the time dispute is listened, order may get delivered to you and if by chance it got damaged or has any defect then you cannot raise dispute again.
There is a time period of dispute system , 60 days if order not received and 10 days after order received, so check and use product properly to find any fault in it and contact seller first and in case of no help then open dispute.
9) If you are planning to buy a costly product in AE sale, its better to make 3 accounts atleast before the sale and collect coupon and play games in all three account from different device or IP.
AE system is very smart, they won’t allow you to take benefits of all discounts and coupons and instead it either freezes your order or hides few coupon like Aliexpress special discounts in your account and depending on single account will spoil your 10-20 days pre-planning at the last moment.
10) Last but not he least, if buying some costly item above $50, request seller to under value it and mention in description something different like adapter or xyz accessory etc than exact product . This will help you to pass from customs duty free .

I have used my forex international card for the order on aliexpress website first time, no otp came. But order passed through and I have not saved the card detail anywhere on AE. Now I am trying to find that card details, but its neither on aliexpress website nor on alipay website. So not sure how to delete this card, to be safe in future. 1. If you regularly open AliExpress app/website while logged in then you may not receive the coupons.
