Someone please reply to this. I created a new amazon account on 11th July, as there was an offer going on the day where 400 CB was applicable on 400 purchase by using the DREAM11 code. I recharged a mobile no. with ₹10 and received the offer of 50% CB up to 200 on the account and collected the same through the email, which was valid till , valid till 31st July (yesterday). Now I purchased some stuffs yesterday from the a/c but while ordering I didn’t see the cashback message on checkout page. Will I get cashback for the same or not? Should I contact CC?
Also from this new account I sent UPI payment yesterday and didn’t receive any cashback for that either! Is it because I didn’t submit any KYC for the amazon pay or what?

yes and have collected in 3 non prime accounts, and 1 prime account
