I had purchased this pathetic piece of Garbage last year thinking “Dr Trust USA”. Even not a year has passed and it is giving error “Finger out” even when finger is inserted. Mailed their customer care. They told to WhatsApp on their number. I whatsapped they asked to register for upgrade warranty on some random Google form. I did that. Then they told that piece will be replaced. After 2 days here is what they replied: “sorry for the wrong update sir, this is wrongly message your received by the software, kindly ignore this message, we regret to inform you that your product is not repairable and as per the company policy you are not eligible for replacement”. I have already filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline portal. Anyone here knows where else we can complain about these frauds. I had purchased model 209 oximeter for Rs. 3000 and it didn’t last even a year. I am currently looking for new oximeter but never in my dreams would I consider any equipment from this company.

Thanks for sharing your disappointed experience.

Dr. Trust is not a reputable Medical device manufacturers ( it’s based in India, not USA)

But with fake or paid reviews you can buy lots of “reputation” I guess. And skip on customer service.

Beurer doesn’t have good reviews from foreign reviewers even from Germans on Amazon.
Mixed reviews from Indians.

friends, whatever is , be careful. We almost saved my brodher from dangerous situation. We used to use oximeter, it always shows 94 and we thought he is fine. one fine day, he reported deadly cough and oxi meter still shows 94 but the oximeter used in hospitals shown 86. We immediately admitted him to the hospital and it was told that his lungs were already partially damaged to an extent of 20 to 25%

Thanks for sharing this experience. No brand can be trusted nowadays. At least in this medical space. I asked this many times before, which oximeters they use in the hospitals?

Even for reputed brands, some models are better than others.

BPL SmartOxy, Dr Trust Professional Series with Audio Visual Alarm and Respiratory Rate (Blue or Red), Dr Trust model 210 or 201 are some good oximeters.
