Send a mail to them that you are not able to lohin. They will ask you to send KYC documents.
Case 1: It’s a genuine account – send the KYC docs and your account will be reinstated.
Case 2: It’s a benami account – tell them you are unable to send the KYC docs and request them to refund the money. You will get your legitimate money back.

Case 1 is my assumption. Case 2 happened to me twice, when I tried with GM.

Unable to add money using any credit or debit card, tried all cards. Promo code getting applied, however transaction getting declined on payu gateway citing security reason for the last three days. Freecharge account not blocked. Tried DTH recharge with 2FC coupon to check account blocking, successful and got instant cashback.
