I haven't bought it but some folks have told me it works perfectly if you pay for it with a Revolut card. I'm not sure about the other banks. If you're having trouble with the price, try using a VPN.

I've tried this on an existing (non-turkish) account (which had no active subscription), and it worked! And no it doesn't make anything in your account Turkish. BTW my Revolut card got rejected, but I was able to pay with a Transferwise card.
