I ordered two products in same order,but received only one today
will I get another one later or m in trouble..what to do?

What is minimum purchase amount for getting the scratch card? They wont just give off such cards for any purchase…

Whenever you shop for Rs 1000 at Pantaloons/Big bazaar (oops for the error in the previous post) they would provide you a scratchcard at the billing counter. In case they don’t you should ask for them. Using the code you will gain a code which you need to enter at http://win.futurebazaar.com/win-reg…r/ . You will gain an entry into lucky draw and also get 150 off coupon (on min Rs 151) for online purchase at futurebazaar. Actually you should request for more than one (I got 5 for a billing of Rs 3000 approx).

got 7/7 all diff email ID, diff IP’s , address tweaked every time..

I received only one product,from two orders which had same tracking number.how come.I called courier company and they are saying to check with FB.I called FB and was in queue for 15minutes and it got disconnected automatically.also sent mail,posted on Facebook,no help…what to do?

I think we need to stop shopping online…whatever we save is lost in calling up the CC and following up wiith the courier guys. it sucks big time really.

I had ordered a pendrive
For a week no update. On calling their customercare and a long 10mins hold, they told me product out of stock, it will be available in 3 days then will be shipped
after 3 days i get an sms on my phone stating that the product is in stock and i will recieve it in 48 hours.
after another 5 days when i called them, they tell me product not in stock and not even shipped
when i told them about their sms, they told me that they never send any sms and i am making this up (I would like to sue this customercare xecutive for her manners) and she tells me to send a screenshot of the sms.
I have emailed them about their dealing. Today i have recieved a mail saying that my product is shipped.
But no detail of the tracking code etc.
Lets wait and see what happens now..

Ya i totally agree,in case of buying from Futurebazaar….ACTUALLY MOST OF THE SITES HAVE TOLL FREE NUMBER…Stupid people in FB , don’t have a toll free number… Have decided not 2 buy anything from them…I think best is to call them,even though u’ll lose money,they’ll finally pick up and help you out…

they hve 1 facility , u just call him & tell him that call back to u , they will surely call back u …. this way u can reduce ur mobile bill !!!!!!
