• The discounted fare is only applicable for the Indian Armed Forces (in service and retired) and their dependents on the day of the commencement of travel.
• Offer is applicable only for bookings made on airindiaexpress.com or the Air India Express mobile app by opting for the defence fare.
• The airline will only provide up to 50% off on base fares. Any applicable fees, taxes, and add-ons are payable by the guest.
• Guests travelling on Passenger Name Records (PNRs) booked on this offer must present a valid government-issued armed forces (serving, retired or dependant) photo ID, with name and date of birth at the airport counter when checking in. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in paying all applicable fare charges to the airline.
• 5% NeuCoins earn applies for NeuPass members initiating their booking on the Tata Neu app is applicable on eligible spends and is inclusive of the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on their Air India Express badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on loyalty benefits.
