1. The Air India Express Limited and the AIX Connect Private Limited [Formerly AirAsia (India) Private Limited] (“Airline) Republic Day Sale (“Offer”) is valid only for bookings made from 26 Jan 2024 till 31 Jan 2024 for travel till 30 Apr 2024 (“Offer”)

2. The Offer of up to twenty six percent (26%) off discounted fare is only applicable for bookings made on airindiaexpress.com or the Air India Express Mobile app, on using the promo code ‘IND75’ in the Apply offer section during booking. Airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes will be applicable over and above the discounted value of the base fare.

5. The Offer advertised on 5% NeuCoins applies for NeuPass members initiating their booking on the Tata Neu app, is applicable on eligible spends, and is inclusive of the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on their badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on www.airindiaexpress.com/loyalty.

6. NeuCoins are awarded on completion of the flight journey, only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and the Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government-issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to the member travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.

7. Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes.

8. This is a limited inventory offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking.

9. The Offer is applicable on Air India Express flights and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

10. Fares advertised include base fare, taxes, airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services.

11. No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website (www.airindiaexpre...om).

12. The Airline reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Airline shall not entitle the passengers to any claim or compensation against the Airline for all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.

13. The Airline reserves the right to vary, delete, or amend the Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) from time to time without any prior notice which shall be always applicable to the passengers.

14. The passenger(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The bookers and passenger(s) are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by the Airline’s Privacy Policy.

15. These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage of the Airline which will be applicable upon booking by the passenger. All bookings and travel are subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage and upon booking the tickets of the Airline have deemed to agree and bound by the terms of the Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

16. If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Airline and which prevents the Airline from complying with these terms and conditions, the passenger(s) acknowledge and agree not to hold the Airline or the employees liable for any failure to perform or for any delay in performing its obligations.

17. The Airline's decision shall be final and binding on all disputes arising out of this Offer. These T&Cs shall be governed by laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters arising out of or due to this Offer.
