APP TREASURE HUNT CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Amazon Treasure Hunt Promotion (“Promotion”) on the mobile application of www.ama...in (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). This Promotion is applicable only on the App and not on the website or mobile website of Amazon.

You agree that, by participating in this Promotion, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Promotion eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application thereof. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Promotion only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION AND HOW TO ENTER:

1. This Promotion will be available beginning 3:00 pm and ending 4:00 pm on 3rd August 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. During the Promotion Period, at an interval of every 15 minutes commencing from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. of such day, Amazon will be displaying a clue to a product listed on the App (such product hereinafter referred to as “Product”) on the Promotion page of the App.

3. To participate in this Promotion, a participant is required to: (a) identify and search for the Product associated with the particular clue; and (b) visit the product detail page of such Product displayed on the App.

4. Participants who identify the Product and visit the product detail page of the Product in accordance with the above Section 3, will be able to purchase the Product at a price of INR 0 i.e. at no cost (until stocks for such Product available at the promotional rates last).

5. Each participant can purchase a Product once for each clue during the Promotion Period and cannot apply any other promotional code on an order for a Product made pursuant to this Promotion.

By entering the Promotion, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:

Please note that we may be running similar promotions at the same time as this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, change/modify the terms of this Promotion or terminate your participation in this Promotion at any time in our sole discretion without any notice to you.

We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs or © acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the “Description of the Promotion and How to Enter” section above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

By participating in the Promotion, you give ASSPL and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Promotion and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that ASSPL and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that ASSPL and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. I think Amazon fixed the bugs, by making the product free. Now it should not appear under app only deals page under 70% off , I guess. Only if they sell it for Rs.1 , It would appear. now it should not.
