Thanks. I am a Prime Member and have Amazon Pay Later account. So KYC is done long time back.

Welcome. So those who have not done kyc/full kyc is it mandatory for them to do kyc in order to claim the prize ?

To use amazon pay balance kyc is mandatory

I don't think so. If your kyc is done for amazon pay, then it's enough. Have you won anything and is amazon asking for additional kyc?

True. I guess KYC is only required if you won money because that is added to Amazon Pay balance. And guess for other stuff you won you may not require kyc. Sorry for any confusion.
