I just combined the 10% instant OFF from ICICI on MOV of 2500 and Rs 200 Cashback on MOV of 2299 to save Rs 450 on a Rs 2500 order from Amazon Fresh. The cart said I'll get Rs 150 Cashback (on MOV of 1799) but I got Rs 200 as expected. So, ignore what the cart tells you.
One annoying change since the last couple of months is that Amazon Fresh does not let you add more than one ghee of the same brand. So, no 2 Amul Ghee but 1 Amul Ghee and 1 Nestle Ghee is fine.
