Yes received and added Rs 3000 amazon gv. The subscription amount was Rs 2388, not Rs 2399. Did not need to provide PAN or upload any docs.

For getting the voucher, a PAN card seems required to be sent to them (over email or upload), but you may try doing this without the pan card, and in case they don’t send you the GV, then upload it and request them for the GVs.
