I understand the hesitation and it could happen similarly but here it is not sbi specific offer so might be a different scenario

Yes you are right. I bought with sbi cashback card. Similarly with HDFC millennia might have additional cashback to make overall savings slightly better

Yes..as this is not sbi specific so they may give 5%.

For my ajio transaction in dec, i got 1k off plus 5%. Not sure if they will deduct in future.

5% card cashback will be calculated on price 11470 not 10970.

So 11470 - 5% - 500 = 10396.

Rest you can calculate its 552 per gram. Not 300

No. Its not gold coin. This comes under fashion category so will get 5%. Also you can check yourself you will not see 5% amazon pay offer in gold coin but you will see this in pendents.
