1. What is the offer?
Get up-to 5% Instant Discount with HSBC Credit Cards on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry/Fresh Store in the month of June 2021: 14th, 21st & 28th June. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.
2. How can I avail this offer?
Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved HSBC Credit Cards to pay.
3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
As long as Rs 1,500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products, you will be eligible for the offer.
4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per HSBC Credit Cards across Amazon.in Site and App is INR.200.
Example:
a) Pantry cart value is INR. 2000, max discount is INR 100
b) Fresh cart value is INR. 2000 and Pantry cart value is INR. 4000
• If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be INR. 100 and Pantry discount would be INR. 100. • If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 200 and Fresh would be INR. 0. c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is INR. 500 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be INR. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either cart.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?
No, the discount is available only on HSBC Credit Cards.
6. Can I avail discount on EMI?
No, the discount is not applicable on EMI.
7. I did not receive the discount. Why?
Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry/fresh products worth Rs 1,500 or more in your cart.
8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment successfully within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer.

4. What are the maximum reward points I can avail?

5. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If 10X Reward Points is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the customer will not be eligible to get the Reward Points

6. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get 10X Reward Points but only on the amount charged on your Axis Bank Card.

7. Can I avail discount on EMI?
