It’s for all non prime users . But specific bank cards only. Its been there in my account after Amazon Great Indian Diwali Sale but I am not activating it as Amazon Prime pe bhi ab recharge offers are not good & I don’t need Prime Video as well for some time.
Since 2-3 days they are showing this TV commercial as well so should be for all (but not recent prime users looking for renewal) Try adding ICICI & HDFC debit cards or any credit card and then logout login. Its mentioned here 👇👇
