1. Do I need to be on a particular Vodafone plan to be eligible for this offer?
No, you can avail this offer irrespective of which Vodafone recharge plan you are currently on. This offer is applicable to only pre-paid customers. However, only customers who have an active Vodafone connection are eligible for this offer.
2. Do I need to pay for the membership on Amazon?
Post payment on MyVodafone App, you do not need to make any payment on Amazon to start your membership. You don’t even need a stored payment instrument on Amazon to start your membership. Your membership starts immediately after you sign-in to Amazon from the MyVodafone App.
3. Do I get a free trial along with the offer?
Unfortunately you do not get a free trial along with this offer. However, Vodafone is offering you an exclusive 50% discount on the annual Prime membership fee of INR 499 that you won’t get anywhere else.
4. How do I renew into my second year of Prime membership?
You will not be able to renew your membership through Vodafone. You can renew your membership on Amazon using any electronic payment mode or by setting up a standing instruction.
5. How do I cancel my “Youth Offer on Prime” membership ?
You cannot cancel your Prime membership if you have availed the “Youth Offer” discount via Vodafone. Hence, you are also ineligible to get a refund of your membership fee.
6. I am an existing paid Prime member, can I avail this offer?
No, Existing Prime members are not eligible for the “Youth offer on Prime”. If you are an existing Prime member and you end up paying for this offer by mistake, there is no need to worry. Vodafone will initiate refund of your money in 48 hours.
7. What happens if I switch to a different carrier after taking the offer?

Not sure why people are mad about Prime membership. I have it. Even being prime customer they default on delivery time. There are a few movies available on Amazon Fire Stick if you are prime member but they are anyway available for download. I dont see any real benefit of spending Rs.499 or 999 for this membership.

I had prime membership which expired today morning.
After it expired, I done the recharge through Vodafone App, it took me to Amazon login page after payment…

And Voila! I got prime for next 1 year in 499/-

Today morning my amazon primeship ended… Evening purchased a new vodafone sim and activated this plan for 499rs… Great deal…

Prime delivery is a hog wash. As per their terms and condition they have to deliver a product in a day or two. Which anyway the case, with or without prime. Two times I had to cancel the order because they couldnt deliver a product in 4 days even though the “Guaranteed” delivery time was 2 days. I am a prime member.

Early deals. Dont know how useful it is. I am not a shopping freak. I come to amazon when I need something. I am ok even if I get the things when it is open for non-prime members. Maybe for some exclusive items like MI phones etc this maybe useful but you dont buy such things through out the year.

Prime Video. Has limited material. Many movies dont come on prime at all. New movies are not added frequently. And those added get available in DVD quality for download even earlier.

Never tried Amazon Music. Jio ayway takes Rs.99 for Jio Prime membership for all its contents. I am able to find all the music, even the latest music on Jio. However, I may not know how much Amazon is better than Jio.

No offense to anyone liking loving Prime membership. They must be seeing value in it.

I don’t use Prime music and Prime video but free delivery on products alon makes prime membership worth its price.

I have placed around 80 orders in last year and 50% of those are under 500 rs. If i had not been prime member, i was paying 2000 rs on delivery charges.

Prime exclusive deals are icing on the cake. I got at least 2-3k worth of products in 1-50 rs deals.

Sometime i find great deals on flipkart too but i let them pass just because of delivery charges. I am really happy with the prime. Thats why i have bought prime for both of my accounts.

If you don’t shop a lot then maybe prime is not for you.
