How can we get next day delivery.. I ordered 3-4 items differently but never got the next day delivery optin. every time i was getting only 29 July to 1st August time slot. Please suggest
I wanted to start the subscription 15-20 days later…so that it can last till Diwali sale time….but thought maybe this is limited time offer …so didn’t risk it..
Besides, I won’t mind spending 500 Rs a year to get Amazon prime subscription… When i have useless FF subscription

Next day delivery would be mostly on products in warehouse close to your pincode where they are sure to deliver it in time. If not they won’t provide the fastest delivery option.

looks like your pincode is not covered (just like me) or you missed to notice prime logo while ordering.
Now amazon have DC (datacentre) in India, so i am sure they will launch VIdeos/mp3’s in prime soon 
Hope relaince jio get tie’up and get free bandwidth for amazon prime.
There can’t be any tie ups due to net neutrality laws in India.
Have to go for prime membership, thinking when to start the same. As first 2 months are free, then they would charge for the same. Want to delay the free membership at least to start from next month if not more.
What if after 2 months of free usage they say you have to pay 499 for a year and it is mandatory :/

Not possible because you have no security deposit with them unlike you do with your landlord.
So better to appease Landlord, not Amazon!

But keep in mind, by that time, they might reduce the trial period to 30 days for prime as is the case in other countries

Just because they sent via India Post is it a fraud and misleading people? Don’t exaggerate, this is not cheating.
P.S: India Post has improved a lot and their service is good now. I never had any problems with them. There are lot of places in India where normal courier service is not available, that’s why Amazon has a tie up with India Post.

Prime service ‘s next day delivery service is available with selected cities, selected sellers and on selected products only..
However , one benefit we’ll get for sure is free delivery for below 499 orders.
Those sellers, products & cities which are eligible for fast delivery service will see the expected date of delivery on product page..
Have still not enrolled for the same, will do it next month.
there was an option for paid faster delivery earlier [ 99 for in a day and 49 for in next two days] ; after I enrolled for prime no faster delivery options are available in my city ; what good is this amazon prime for then ??

Indiapost speedpost improved a lot, sometime i got my article early than bluedart or gati when its shipped by india post

Not everyone can be satisifed by Amazon, it is fine as long as 99% of customers are happy with its services.
As of this time looks like only free shipping is an advantage with Amazon Prime. Ordered items with next days delivery, but received only after 2 days. This is for Chennai and through Amazon AWS logistics
