1. This Amazon Prime Music offer- Play first song and get INR 150 cashback on next shopping transaction on Prime Day (23rd July to 24th July) ("Offer") is a limited period promotional offer being provided in relation to the Amazon Prime Music service. Amazon Prime Music service may be availed on the website www.music.ama...in and the 'Amazon Music' mobile application ("Amazon Prime Music"). The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions provided hereunder.
2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the use of Amazon Prime Music and Privacy Policy. To the extent such terms and conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
3. This Offer is valid from July 6, 2022 (00:00:00 Hours) to July 22, 2022 (23:59:59 Hours) (both dates inclusive) ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon, in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without liability.
4. This Offer is only available to Amazon.in Prime members who have subscribed to an annual or quarterly Amazon Prime membership plan and have never streamed music on Amazon Prime Music ("Eligible Member"). This Offer will only be provided to the Eligible Members who access Amazon Prime Music during the Offer Period and undertake the steps mentioned here in accordance with these Offer Terms.
5. Users who are under ‘free trial’ period will not be eligible for this Offer.
6. During the Offer Period, any Eligible Member who (i) clicks on any marketing communication of the offer on the URL www.ama...in or promotion email, and (ii) signs into Amazon Prime Music using their Amazon.in account credentials and streams any song on Amazon Prime Music for the first time ever for at least 30 seconds (without any interruption), within the first 30 minutes of clicking on the marketing campaign, will be eligible to receive a promotional reward and benefit of INR 150 ("Reward")
7. The Reward will be provided in the form of coupon, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Member only after the Eligible Member has made a transaction on www.ama...in (website or application) in Prime Day period (July 23, 2022 (00:00:00 Hours) to July 24, 2022 (23:59:59 Hours). The use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
8. Each Eligible Member will be eligible to receive Reward only once during the Offer Period.
9. Amazon will make best efforts to provide the coupon to the Eligible Member within 30 minutes from the time at which the Eligible Member streams the song on Amazon Prime Music. However, in some cases, this may take a longer time period of upto three working days.
10. It is clarified that if the Eligible Member has previously streamed any song or content on Amazon Prime Music before, such Eligible Member will not be entitled to this Offer and the Reward.
11. The expiry date for redeeming the Reward is July 24, 2022 (23:59:59 Hours).
