Tanishq Terms and Conditions:
Offer: Get additional ₹10,000 instant discount on minimum swipe worth ₹ 1,50,000 at Tanishq with your American Express Cards.
• Maximum additional instant discount during this offer period is ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per American Express Cards towards purchases of Jewelry only.
• Minimum Card swipe value should be of ₹1,50,000 for this offer to be eligible towards purchases of Jewelry only. Accumulated swiping of American Express Card amounting to ₹1,50,000 won’t be eligible for this offer.
• Offer can be availed only once per Card in a single transaction. For example, if a Cardmember purchases Jewelry worth ₹3,00,000 (After considering applicable discounts & GST) and completed the payment with two different American Express Cards for ₹1,50,000 each. The eligible discount amount will be capped to ₹10,000 on any one card as maximum discount approved on one Card during this offer period is ₹10,000 and only one card will be entitled for ₹10,000 discount in any invoice subject to minimum swipe value of ₹1,50,000 on that card.
• Offer is valid from 24th – 27th December 2020. (Both days included).
• Offer is valid on Jewelry only and is not applicable on gold coins, silver coins, loose stones, Solitaires, advance bookings, Jewelry cleaning kit, Gift cards, Tanishq Golden Harvest payments etc. For example, if a Cardmember purchases a Jewelry worth ₹1,49,999 and Coin ₹25000 (After considering GST), no discount will be given as Coin purchases do not fall under purview of this offer and minimum purchase of jewelry should be at least ₹1,50,000.
• This offer can be clubbed with other ongoing offers.
• Offer is also applicable on Supplementary cards.
• Offer can be availed at the participating stores.
• To avail the offer, Cardmember is required to announce the offer at the retail store before billing.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax etc., shall be payable by the Card member as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
• This offer is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only. Two or more Cards can be used to facilitate/complete one transaction, however offer will be given to only one Card per invoice. For example, if a Cardmember purchases Jewelry worth ₹3,40,000 (After considering applicable discounts & GST) and completes the payment using two different American Express Cards for ₹160,000 and ₹1,80,000 respectively. Cardmember will only qualify for the discount on the Card with which he / she paid first or swiped first. However, if the Cardmember paid with two different Cards and for ₹90,000 and ₹2,50,000 respectively, he / she will be eligible for the offer only on the Card with which they paid ₹2,50,000.
• Any query regarding this offer will be entertained only till 15th January 2021. Post such date; American Express won’t entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program.
• Offer is applicable only for the self-purchase. Offer cannot be availed when authorized other than Cardmember to make the purchase through these Cards.
• The offer is not applicable for Advance bookings and Customer Order.
• Any advance order booked and got billed during the offer period will be eligible for the discount.
• GST amount will be considered for discount.
• To receive this offer minimum swiped should be charged in full to the American Express Card. Cash refund is not allowed.
• Cardmember will qualify for Instant Discount only once on one Card during this offer period. Multiple transaction on the same Card will not be considered eligible for the discount.
• In case of any transaction deviation found the same will be recovered from the store.
